Cancellation policy

Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in a 50% cancellation fee charge to the card on file.

If you cancel 3 or more times within the 24 hour window, full payment will be required upfront to book future appointments. This payment will be non-refundable.

Payment options

While a card is required to reserve your appointment, I do not use the card reader at checkout.
